Potting V's Position
Divide your concentration before making your shot. First, decide what ball you are going to play and what position you want to finish in.

First, decide what type of shot to make. Then put this out of your mind. 

Now you must concentrate entirely on potting the object ball. You must rely on your cue action and your previous decision as to position and outcome.

Concentrate entirely on potting the ball, using your previous analysis of cue action, strenght etc required to achieve position.
